When I was a kid, My grandmother used to read me stories of Ramayana, Mahabharata, Lord Shiva, Tales of Lord Ganesha, Various Maharishis and explained me about the valour, knowledge and wisdom that resides in our History.
I remember my grandmother how Lord Bramha once lied about reaching to one end of the infinitely long Shiva Linga, which resulted in nobody worshipping him. As a small kid, these incidents and stories used to bring about a new excitement and a created a sense of morality in me, which carried out throughout.
Vedicgranth is dedicated to all those people who are equally intrigued in our ancient History, and for those who believe that our history is not just for those people aged above 60 who wear saffron clothes and preach, but it for everybody. It is an attempt to develop an interest in us youngsters and GenZ.
We share lesser known facts, tales and incidents about our ancient India. We share knowledge on various people from our epics, philosophies, schools of thought, from various versions that are present, be it epics of Ramayana, Mahabharata, Vedas, Puranas etc.
Some people may say Ravana was cruel, some may say him as wise fool, some may call believe him to be a vidwaan who lost his path. We accept every ideology, philosophy, belief but no misleading facts.
Vision And Mission
Our Vision is to create a space for all the youngsters to allocate some time for our ancient. These are not just mythological stories, but it is our ancient wisdom, science, astronomy, medicine, physics, chemistry that we often feel difficulty to read about. Our motive is to spread about India’s rich history by taking the leverage of the technological advancements in the form of short form content as reels, youtube shorts, google web stories etc. to make the content engaging and attractive.
